• Besides the clamping of JBDI-2+3 is designed by pneumatic pressure, the others operations are all driven by oil pressure for vertical and double bevel angle boring.
• The machine with 8 clamps. Each clamp can adjust the height depend on the chair back shape.
• The both vertical and double bevel angle boring can be set by consistently or separately depends on different operating required.
• JBDI-2+3 is attached with control panel and pedal switch for easier operating and better efficiency.
• The main body of JBDI-2+3 is made by accurate cast iron and solid steel; the boring tracking system is also made by high quality of steel guide rod and liner ball bearing; the main table system is made by high quality of linear guides which can extend the life of machine stability.
• The angle of double side of bevel boring head can be easily adjusted from 0° to 45° by turbine engine.
• All of the boring speeds can be individually revised by different timber characteristic.
• Automatic continuous working switches and lubrication are standard, that eliminating downtime and increase machine life.
