Outstanding Features
This machine is specialized in center and both side angle cutting and shaping for flat board only.
• Both side of shaper can be worked consistently or separately by the Centralized Control Panel.
• All of operating and clamping are driven by oil pressure smoothly.
• Foot switch provides operators with convenient control for machine stop and start .
• Convenient design is also enclosed with an ancillary counter which allows realizing the number of finished work pieces easily .
• The main body of DM-2000 is made by accurate cast iron and solid steel; the spindle tracking system is also made by high quality of steel guide rod and liner ball bearing which can extend the life of machinery stability.
• The two side of shaper can be adjusted smoothly from 0° to 90 ° degrees by turbine engine.
• All of the machine motion controls are centralized on a control panel for maximum operational convenience. The machine employs a PLC control for automatic operations. It upgrades operational convenience and efficiency.
